STORE.TO: New Urban Warehouse Complex in Bratislava Receives Building Permit
A Modern Concept of Urban Warehousing
STORE.TO introduces a new standard of urban warehouses and last-mile logistics in Bratislava. Responding to the growing demand for flexible and accessible storage solutions near the city, the project will offer more than 26,000 sqm of leasable warehouse and showroom space.
The complex will consist of three standalone buildings designed with modular architecture, allowing flexible layouts tailored to a wide range of tenants – including SMEs, e-commerce companies, showrooms, distribution centers, and light manufacturing businesses.
Flexibility and Quality Working Environment
Individual units will start from 450 sqm, each featuring a dedicated drive-in access, parking spaces, and pedestrian entry. Beyond functionality, the project emphasizes a pleasant and sustainable environment – green areas, relaxation zones, benches, and bicycle stands will be integrated throughout the site, setting STORE.TO apart from typical industrial parks.

Brownfield Revitalization
STORE.TO will be developed as a revitalization of an existing brownfield site, transforming an underutilized industrial area into a modern, functional, and architecturally distinctive complex. The project preserves the industrial character of the location while introducing contemporary elements of urban logistics.
Construction Timeline
Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks and will take approximately nine months. The first tenants are expected to move in by the end of 2026.
