Expansion of ARETE Park in Dunajská Streda has obtained a building permit
The expansion of ARETE Park in Dunajská Streda has obtained a building permit. It will provide an additional 13,000 sq m of modern spaces suitable for storage, logistics, or light manufacturing, within reach of Bratislava, Budapest, and Vienna.
The new tenant will acquire a building that meets the highest technical standards, including offices and customized social spaces. Units with areas starting from 3,000 sq m will be available for lease, with rental spaces ready within 8 months.

The existing area, covering almost 30,000 sq m, is currently utilized by BSK Transports from the Italian Bracchi group, which has a long-standing presence in Slovakia. This building also meets the highest technical standards of Class A and boasts the most modern technical parameters.
ARETE Park in Dunajská Streda is within reach of three major cities: Bratislava, Budapest, and Vienna. The journey to Bratislava takes 20 minutes via the R7 highway.
